Is Hanna suitable for small restaurants and independent bars?

Yes — it's designed for venues of any size. There are no volume limits and no per-cover charges, so a quiet week doesn't cost more than a record one. Hanna Core at £99/month gives a small restaurant everything it needs: AI booking, a full POS, kitchen display, card payments, and guest profiles.

Does it work for bars as well as restaurants?

Yes. The booking system, POS, and guest intelligence all work for any hospitality venue — restaurants, bars, wine bars, cocktail bars, private members clubs, hotel F&B. Hanna is currently live at Dovetail Bar in addition to Hotori restaurant.

How long does it take to set up?

Most venues are live within 1–2 days. We configure your service periods, floor plan, cancellation policies and booking rules. The booking form is a single file — no developer needed to add it to your website. If you're moving from another system, we help migrate your existing guest data.

Do I need to replace my existing POS?

Hanna includes a full built-in POS so most venues won't need a separate one. If you're in a POS contract, you can start with just Hanna's booking and guest intelligence features and bring the POS across when your contract ends. We'll work around your situation.
